Low Migration Cling Film (LMF)

LMF is a PVC based film with low migration properties that produces a soft, flexible film with high cling properties. To prevent contamination each Caterwrap cutterbox is individually shrink-wrapped, protecting the new roll ready for use. For ease of dispensing, a disposable blade is also included. LMF conforms to EC Directive 2002/72/EEC with regard to food contact.

Purecling Polyethylene Cling Film

Caterwrap Purecling film (PE) is the migration-free alternative to PVC film and is recommended for use with high fat content foods such as cheese, oily fish, and foods preserved in an oily medium. PE film is ideal for general-purpose food wrapping and is also suitable for covering all foodstuffs, both for hygienic storage and also during microwave cooking.

Conforming to EEC regulations and demanded throughout Europe, the characteristics of PE film differ to those of the high cling content of PVC, providing a lower cost alternative for food usage.

The PE cutterboxes are colour coded with green print to indicate the nil-migration status of PE film. For ease of dispensing, a disposable blade is included in the neat, compact, cutterbox.

Caterwrap Professional Cling Film is a multi-purpose cling film suitable for wrapping and covering foods within fridges, freezers, microwaves and for general kitchen use. 

Anti-Bacterial LMF Cling Film

Caterwrap Anti-Bacterial Film has built in protection with a recognised Anti- Bacterial Agent which is highly effective at killing bacteria. The agent works when in contact with moisture, releasing its Anti-bacterial properties to provide on going protection against common food poisoning bacteria. 

Chef Quality Aluminium Foil - 11mu

Caterwrap Foil is a versatile food-wrapping medium for every need in the industrial kitchen, and other high profile food prep areas. Caterwrap foil is ideal as a hygienic food cover prior to refrigeration, or conversely, as a method to insulate cooked food ready for serving. Alternatively, reduce the effort of cleaning baked on spillage by lining the oven, grill pans and trays.

Quality foil comes in a disposable carton, ideal for the worktop. Easily dispensed, the carton ensures the foil is protected from the immediate environment.

Professional - 16mu 45% thicker than Chef Quality

Extra thick premium quality catering foil giving improved yield and greater strength. Packed in a high gloss disposable cutterbox for convenience. 

Wrap Film have produced individually cut, embossed foil sheets, interleaved to ensure each sheet pulls the next one through, ready for use. The neat pack is ideally placed at a workstation and provides caterers with premier quality textured foil sheets, ready for wrapping. Pre-cut sheets also help to eliminate unnecessary waste, as you only use what you need. 

Baking Parchment has been specifically developed for use in both cooking and freezing temperatures. Silicone coated on both sides providing a non-stick surface, Baking Parchment is used as a lining agent and is ideal for cake tins. Both baked and frozen food is easily and cleanly removed from Parchment and the silicone coating means that there is no need to apply oil or grease. Durable and versatile, Parchment can be re-used up to 4/5 times in oven temperatures up to 500°F. Great for the freezer to separate portions. 

Greaseproof Paper is a traditional food wrapping material with a natural barrier against fatty and sticky foods, keeping food fresh, whilst allowing it to breathe. Ideal for wrapping cold meat, cheese, fatty foods, sandwiches with moist fillings and general refrigerator storage. Use to make icing bags, jam pot covers and lids; cover custards and sauces to prevent a 'skin' forming; cook 'en papillote'. Superb as a disposable drawer liner and when needs must, as tracing paper for children!
